Job description

  • To greet customers at the first point of contact.

  • To direct customers to relevant Premier Relationship Officer's desk or answer customer's simple enquiries if PRO is occupied.

  • To provide excellent service to customers through introducing appropriate banking services by understanding customer needs.

  • To provide assistance in queue management and branch merchandizing display.

  • To back up PRO/PRA who is on leave or during lunchtime.

  •  

Requirements

  • Good command of spoken and written English.

  • Fluent in Chinese.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Major in Finance or Economics, if have related intern experience in banking is a plus.

  • Having strong self motivation to take challenges, focusing on details, be creative and energetic in order to make things done in time.

  • Been able to work under pressure.
